Hi, I’m Sarah, headwear designer and owner of Sarah's Doo-Wop Dos. This brand started out as a vintage hair and make-up service in 2011 and slowly developed into a small, one woman, business selling my first vintage inspired headwear designs back in 2016!
My love of vintage style (not vintage values) introduced me to the clothes of the 1940s and got me back into sewing, eventually making it my business.
Today the goal is to keep you comfy and stylish in my own versions of iconic vintage hats such as the classic 1940s turban, landgirl headscarf or tilt hat and other vintage style accessories. Whether you are looking for a piece of headwear for practicality, hair loss or fashion I have something for you! My pieces are often one of a kind and all designed and handmade by me from my little terraced house in Bedford, UK.
