Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
As I am a small company selling completely handmade items please consider an exchange if there is a fit issue with your item. I am always happy to discuss altering items too.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders (‘made to order’ items can’t be refunded but can be exchanged )

Conditions of return/exchange:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original (unworn) condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please include a note with your parcel with your name & order number. Once the item has arrived and been checked over an exchange or refund will be actioned depending on the situation. Please note rudeness will not be tolerated in any corespondents.
