Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Ideal for a Birthday or a New Baby Girl this sweet Tatty Teddy card showing a teddy holding a stack of presents and a pink balloon comes with a matching gift tag.
The card has a printed image showing a Tatty Teddy bear carrying a pile of gift wrapped presents and a pink balloon. The image has been mounted onto a soft aqua and lemon polka dot background paper.
Inside the card is a strip of matching paper across the bottom and a slightly different version of the front image. Plenty of space has been left for you to add your own message.
The card measures 10cm x 15cm and comes with a white envelope.
The matching gift tag is decorated on the front with matching aqua and lemon polka dot backing paper and a smaller version of the bear with gifts and balloon image.
The tag has been tied with white organza ribbon and measures approximately 12.5cm x 8cm excluding the ribbon.
Your card and tag will posted to you 1st class within 1 day of your order in a polythene bag and a board backed envelope for protection.
