Having a Rigid Heddle Loom I've always wanted to make clothing and accessories with my woven creations. I've never been confident with a sewing machine or over-locker so i really wanted to learn how to make clothing without getting a machine out.
I realised there is a technique called 'Saori' weaving, that could help me make these bohemian hats.
I used plaits and twists for the tassels and overall I am really happy with the end result.
the size is 21 inches around the head so would be suitable for a child or younger person.
