My inspiration came from a photograph I took one evening of the Men-An-Tol in West penwith, Cornwall. My painting combines fact with fiction, combining which I actually saw and my love of all things magical. The Men-An-Tol, located on top of the moors just outside of Penzance really inspires me due to the stories and mystery behind the monument.
