I needed to expand my sizes for baby dolls clothes. There are so many different sizes. This is the smallest size. As you can see it also fits a small teddy bear.

Full description
This cute blue elephant dress is a small size. Approx size 12”/31cm tall. Suitable for a baby doll. The puff sleeves are elastic. The dress is generously gathered onto a lined bodice, making it full in style. The print features elephants, the dominant colour is blue.
The back is closed with Velcro tabs making this suitable for children of all ages.
