Oil on canvas 50cm x 50cm x 1.5 cm deep.
Inspired by a walk in France many moons ago on a Sunday.
Passing the church in a path that led behind houses led me into this magical place.
The flowers were almost as tall as I was making me feel like I was a child again exploring overgrown paths and abandoned allotments.
The scent of the blooms and heat of the summer made for an unforgettable experience.
