Everything you see started life as something else. Collecting old clothes, bags, curtains, blankets, quilt covers and many other things. They are taken apart and cleaned to a high degree, so every zip, button, buckle, sequin and fabric is re-used to make something new for you to enjoy. Love your gift, love the planet.
I decided to make coasters to use up a box of small scrapes of fabric. These are always useful to protect the surface of your furniture. I have several under my plant pots on the window sill, because ceramic plant pots often make marks on furniture. Just pop them in the washing machine at 30 degrees when they are dirty

Full description
A set of six quilted coasters made from recycled fabric. Each coaster is a patchwork of pale blue striped fabric and dark blue striped fabric. The back of each coaster is plain dark blue fabric. They can be used to protect surfaces from marks left by drinks cans, cups, glasses and pot plants. Each coaster measures 11cm square. Machine washable at 30 degrees.
