I've collected sea glass on the beaches for years. One day I came across this beautiful poem which really struck a chord with me and I decided to use it along with my sea glass finds as a picture.

Full description
This picture features a shortened version of the beautiful words by Bernadette Noll in her poem “I Want to Age Like Sea Glass” along with a few pieces of genuine sea glass. She wrote the poem for her sister who had loved sea glass as a child.
All the sea glass I use is real sea glass that my family and I have collected from my local Co Down Northern Ireland beaches. The sea glass I use in my art is the real McCoy! No tumbled or bought sea glass. Every piece unearthed makes my heart skip!
The poem and sea glass are displayed in a white shadow box frame which allows room for the sea glass under the glass.
The frame measures 16.5 x 16.5cm with an aperture of 15 x 15cm.
The picture you receive will be similar to the one in the photograph allowing for differences in the sea glass.
The poem is printed onto white card.
Each piece is unique -no two pieces of sea glass are ever the same - and it will make the perfect gift for either you or your special someone who loves sea glass or anything to do with the sea. A lovely Mothers Day gift.
