Send me your photo, any text and any layout instructions that can include font, size, colour. I'll pop them onto an 11oz mug. I can send the artwork for your approval if you like. I'll play on photoshop and use a sublimation printer to pop the design onto sublimation paper and then into the mug press to make the permanent design. I'll then post to you normally recycled packing including a smash proof gift box. Mug blanks are sold to me as microwave proof and dishwasher proof. Mugs will start to fade after 20 to 50 dishwasher if high heat and abrasive cleaner - the same as any other bought mug, so I don't guarantee against that. If any transit damage please take a photo and send to me so I can make a replacement for you free of charge. Breakages during transit are luckily rare so I take the risk. I suggest you look at my other listings if you want matching coasters or other items. Profits all go to sending my elder son on a school trip in summer 2025 to Borneo to save orangutangs, build schools and irrigate farmland with Camps International.
