The Sloth's Cavern
I made a couple of crochet pouches to gift handmade jewellery to my kids for Christmas, and I liked the idea of offering them in my shop, as a more sustainable solution to gifting items, but also keeping or carrying around all our bits and bobs. I love the Alpine stitch and found it perfect for the pouch. I used beads embellishments for the strings, and as I found knots not to be very complimentary, I decided to secure them with daisy appliques, which make the pouch even more unique!

Full description
This stunning drawstring pouch / bag is made from a 100% cotton yarn, hand crocheted by me, using the beautiful & textured Alpine crochet stitch. The closure is made with 2 strings / cords, which when pulled in opposite direction, will keep your items secure inside the pouch. Both strings are embellished with wooden beads & secured with a daisy flower applique in matching colours.
This reusable & eco-friendly pouch is perfect as wedding favours, christening favours, party favours & table gifts. Also ideal for gifting items, keeping jewellery, money, keys, make-up, hair accessories & holding all your bits and bobs.
The pouch is Beige-Cream with a Brown string & measures approximately (H)13cm x (W)11cm flat. Main body (H)10cm. When closed, the strings have a 13cm opening, which makes it easy to be worn on your wrist.
Care guide is included.
-100% Cotton -Wash at or below 60° with similar colours -Do NOT bleach -Do NOT tumble dry -Shape while wet and dry flat -Iron in low temperature
