Hello and welcome to my Folksy shop! My shop is currently closed while I move house. I plan to be open again by the end of July (WiFi willing!) and will be reading messages throughout, except the week of 15th July. If there's anything you would like to reserve or commission, don't hesitate to get in touch.

In addition to the UK, I'm happy to ship most items to the US, Canada, Japan and Australia - just message me for a shipping quotation If a shipping price isn't shown against an item you're interested in. Please note that all US shipping prices shown DO NOT include tracking.
Many of the pieces I make are made to order and the shipping time is a 'worse case scenario' estimate - I will often make and send items quicker than indicated, although things do sometimes slow down at busy times. If you want something urgently, just message me and I'll confirm if I can meet your deadline. Some items over £30 are posted via the 'signed for' Royal Mail service automatically, but if you'd like to make sure you have this on your order, just message me.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

If you're buying for someone who'd like a piece made by me, the easiest way to make sure they get something they're delighted with is to buy them a gift voucher! They're also really useful if you're shopping last minute and need something you'll receive digitally within 24 hours that you can print (or email) and gift the same day.
I'm happy to custom make many of my pieces to the recipient's particular requirements - especially important if they're makers who want their storage bags made with specific features, or if they'd like a knit or crochet piece with a particular colour or type of yarn. My Folksy shop shows many of the things I make and I can either replicate what's in the shop exactly, or use it as a jumping off point for a custom piece.
Vouchers are available for £10, £25 or £50 and you can buy whatever combinations of these you like to arrive at the total value of the voucher.
I'll email the voucher as a PDF file to you within 24 hours of ordering so you can print it or email it on to the recipient. I'm happy to post the piece they choose anywhere in the UK, US or Australia - bear in mind that the voucher needs to cover cost of postage too.
To protect you against fraud or loss, each voucher has a unique code and is valid for one year from the date of purchase. If the recipient spends less than the value of the voucher, a new voucher will be issued for the difference (the valid date will remain the same) and vouchers can't be exchanged for cash.
