Amethyst (purple quartz) is the birthstone for Aquarius and February, and the stone for the 6th and 17th wedding anniversaries.

It was believed he wore an amethyst ring engraved with a cupid to enable young soldiers to recognise him.

In ancient Rome, Moonstone was linked to the Moon Goddess Diana and was thought to bring love, wealth and success.

Pretty earrings in purple, light grey and gold.
Each earring features a 5mm Rainbow Moonstone round, 8mm Amethyst heart, 4mm grey Moonstone AA grade faceted coin and 4mm Amethyst bead.
The beads are separated by tiny 2mm gold vermeil spacers, threaded onto gold vermeil pins and hung from gold vermeil ear-wires.
Gold vermeil is sterling silver with a thick coating of 18k gold, much higher quality and durability than standard gold plate, and the ear-wires are stamped '925'.
These drop earrings measure approximately 1.25 inches (3cm), excluding the wires.
Your earrings will be wrapped in tissue and presented in a small organza gift bag.
