Growing up on Exmoor, I have always enjoyed driving around the moor trying to spot the herds of Red Deer. Particularly during bolving season, the Red Deer Stags like to strut their stuff around the countryside and it can be quite a sight (and sound) to behold.

Full description

This fiber art picture of a Red Deer Stag on Exmoor has been created using locally sourced wool from Exmoor farms using the needle felting technique. The needle felting process binds the fibres together and the different coloured wool is blended together to create the different shades. I have used an upholstery tweed effect fabric as the background.

The picture has been mounted (10"x12") ready to be framed. It is stamped with my logo on the reverse.
