I knitted full sized jumpers like this and needed something for my dollshouse so I worked out my own patterns.
Just to note, the ribbed skirt has a thread tie once the skirt has been placed on the doll.

My own designs available ready knitted, to dress your miniature family members.
The lady of the house will enjoy having a new jumper or even a two-piece suit to dress up in.
I’ve shown them on a 5 1/2” doll I made early on ( I think you can tell )! and her head now comes off which actually makes it easier, but you shouldn’t have to do that to get these garments over her head.
The Entrelac pattern was particularly interesting to knit, on size 20 yes 20, needles and
fine perle cotton no. 8. I made the four jumpers I have in this listing.
I will soon be listing the pattern if you want to give it a go.
The Lacy edge to edge Jacket and Ribbed skirt are knitted on size 19’s ( I won’t repeat it this time) with similar no. 8 thread.
The Sleeveless Jacket and Trews are to fit a bigger doll, maybe 6” tall, which could be a woman or a man. ( Bell bottoms)?
They are all the same price of £ 28.50 and the choice is listed as being one of each.
