Full description
Fused glass floral bowl in a soft hydrangea blue. Each petal has been handcut from specialised opaque art glass and decorated at the centre with dark purple glass powder and nuggets. The glass petals have been kiln-fused together and then shaped over a ceramic mould in a second kiln-firing to give the pleasing organic wavy edge.
The dish measures 22cm across x 5cm high approx (8.5 x 2") and would make a beautiful display piece, particularly striking against a light background.
