In the busyness of life and the increasing demands placed upon us it can be hard to find those precious five minutes of peace to practice our mindfulness exercises or even go to our happy places in our minds. When I painted this image I was in my happy place, creating a tranquil scene. I was indeed imagining walking that shore, breathing in the fresh mountainous air, floral scents drifting around me.
