Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Set of 4 Christmas table Santa favour boxes, personalised, gift box, treat box
These cute little favour treat Santa boxes will be the highlight of your Christmas lunch table. They are constructed with thick red card and then decorated with a black card belt and buttons, with a shiny gold buckle. This listing is for a set of 4 boxes.
Each box measures 2.5" x 2.5"x 3" approx. There is room inside to pop in some sweets/chocolates or maybe a little item of jewellery. I tend to pop in three Lindor chocolate balls.
The boxes can be supplied with tags for you to personalise with individual names, making them perfect for place settings. Please add the tags to your order as you checkout. The tags/labels will be supplied with red ribbon ready for you to tie to the boxes.
The boxes will be supplied flat for you to reassemble yourself - this is very easy to do, but contact me if you need help (unlikely!).
