As Grandma always stuck in the back with the little ones and tasked with entertaining I came up with this game to get them looking out the window. Took some time to develop as we soon found you could not always guarantee it was dog walking time of day or that you would agree on what was the exact definition of the colour purple on a car. Some things in some places are also unique, like not many stink pipes outside London (some, but rare), so we tested our choices over time and locations.

Can you Spot, the family on the go fun card game. Each card has 5 things to "spot", or observe, as you travel by car, bus or train (even on foot). A scavenger hunt for things that could be seen on a normal day somewhere in ENGLAND. Pick one random card per journey and take the challenge to see if you can get all 5 things that day. Designed to get kids, big and small, looking out the window and closely observing the world around them. Helps lessen time on digital screens, alleviates boredom and may help with travel sickness. Can become super competitive if there's more than one child but try to play as a team Long journeys and expeditions across England can quickly turn into games of road trip spy. There is only one rule, this game could distract car drivers and kids must tell the driver that they cannot take part until they are parked up and can give their wisdom on the "why" questions some of the younger generation may have about England's history and social development.
