You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Send a touch of artistic charm and festive joy with this hand-drawn Christmas Tree Card. This unique card features an abstract zigzag design representing the branches of a Christmas tree, with a silver star button hand stitched on top as the perfect tree topper.
As I draw each card by hand it may vary slightly from the images shown, this makes each card more special and unique.
The card is blank inside for your own special Christmas message.
The card is 16 cm square (6 inches) of high quality 300 gsm and comes with a white envelope in a biodegradable cello bag for protection.
