The body has 7 major chakras which all relate to a certain area of the body physically and emotionally.
Balancing your chakras with crystals allows energy to flow freely around the body so it can self heal.
The crystals - opalite, amethyst, aquamarine, green aventurine, citrine, carnelian, and red jasper.
Stretch bracelet, so no fiddly clasps. Non stretch circumference of about 7inch / 18cm. If you are worried about sizing, drop me a message, and I can make adjustments.
