Amber is fossilised tree resin and I was interested in making something that was a part of the distant past alongside wooden beads from the present time. Once I physically saw the beads combined I knew the hazel wood was the right choice to pair with the amber.

Full description
A warm to the touch, easy to wear bracelet made from genuine natural Baltic amber nugget beads and natural hazel wood tube beads. I have used some diamond cut 2mm gold plated beads either side of the amber to add a little light. The clasps and all other fittings are gold filled.
Amber creates an electrical charge when rubbed, and the word ‘electricity’ is from the ancient Greek 'elektron' for amber. Amber is believed to be able to revive the spirits of the wearer, combat depression and grief, help overcome obstacles, balance and purify the body and be a talisman for romantic love and sensuality.
A 7.25" bracelet for smaller wrists, this fits a 6.75" wrist comfortably but I think it's too tight for sizes above this.

All of my items are already made and ready to post. I am unable to make alterations to these beyond adding extender chains for necklaces or changing earring hooks to different styles or materials and I cannot take on custom orders due to my time limitations as a carer.
Orders within the UK can be randomly delayed in the post due to ongoing illness within Royal Mail and other issues. Please allow an extra week than is usual for deliveries - plan ahead if you need it for a certain date and only order if you are willing to wait in case of delay.
