Doesn’t everyone love a field of poppies? I know I do and this pretty suncatcher will certainly add a splash of colour to your window.
This is an example of the poppy I have as I haven’t had the opportunity to photograph it yet but it is very similar in design.
This has been made from a beautiful red sea glass with a black glass nugget stuck in the middle. Green wissmach glass has been used for the poppy heads.
Each piece of glass has been hand cut, ground and foiled before being soldered together and attached to a tinned copper wire swirl. A length of fishing line has been added for hanging purposes.
This measures 10.5cms x 16cms.
I will supply a window hook with every suncatcher so you can hang it as soon as received. Please remember to wet the plunger before pushing firmly onto the window.
