I was inspired to see the women in the highland communities weaving with so much love and happiness. So I got one of the belts, found some rings and start sewing to make my own yoga strap. It was so practical and beautiful that I started to work with one of them, so she weaved the designs I wanted and then I turned them in a mat yoga strap. I am glad I can support their work.

Beautiful yoga mat strap carrier woven by hand by artisans from the peruvian highlands using natural dyed sheep wool. Their weaving technique goes back for generations. Supporting their work allows them to remain their traditions. Unique individual design.
