Handwoven accesories by artisans from rural Peru.

I am a peruvian yoga teacher, currently living in the UK. I am building a wellness project in the area known as Sacred Valley of the Incas in the peruvian highlands. I spent the last 6 months living there and connected in a deeper lever with traditions and history of that part of my country. That is when I met a group of amazing women that work as weavers, who learned to weave from a very young age, as all her female ancestors. This type of work, all by hand and mostly, using natural resources really impressed me. So, as a way of supporting them I started to work with them with some work comissions where they weave and I adapt their work to make yoga straps, yoga belts, and clothing belts myself.
