This lovely pendant was made very organically, I had no real design idea in mind when I started creating it, I just wanted to make a statement pendant.
So I was playing around with shapes that the hoops could make when soldered together and then decided to incorporate some of my recycled silver that I had melted down into small pebbles, I 'smashed' the pebbles with my planishing hammer to flatten them this gave the pebbles an uneven, not quite geometrically perfect shape which works really well with the hammered hoops.
