Please note that all cards are delivered in a rigid bubble or cardboard envelope. For larger items we use recycled and reused packaging where possible. This will include bubble wrap and plastic packaging which we hope you can reuse. All items are sent by Royal Mail second class delivery.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Surprise someone special with this mini triple layered ‘exploding’ 12 days of Christmas themed box/card keepsake.
The box has been decorated with coordinating layers of Christmas themed card. Each larger layer holds a different 12 Days of Christmas token in an individual gold pocket. The tokens can be moved or removed allowing you to add your own individual messages or photographs.
There is space in the centre for a little surprise.

The box measure 9 x 9 x 9 cms with the inner layers measuring 7 x 7 cms and 5 x 5 cms.
