I usually post Second Class with Royal Mail and aim to dispatch the first working day after the order is placed at the latest. I will contact you if it is to be any different.
Where possible, I use recycled packaging both to keep P and P costs down and for environmental reasons.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

FREE POSTAGE
This one off gorgeously richly coloured zipped bag/pouch which could have a range of uses. It would make a unique gift.
The body of the bag is made from teal needle cord. It features a highly textured and tactile panel featuring two leaves. The teal of the leaves stands out from the orangey red background. The panel has been both hand and machine embroidered, using a variety of stitches and thread including just a little gold.
The bag is lined in a lovely woven co-ordinating orange-red cotton. A thin interlining gives the bag structure. The zip is repurposed so a little worn on the zip pull but I had to use it as as the colour is perfect - please see photos. The pouch measures 21cm x 23cm
