This is a kit to make two super cute crocheted gnomes:
The Scandinavian Gnome is a small, mischievous sprite known in folklore for being responsible for the protection of a home and its buildings.
Look after him well and he will bring you good luck.
But be warned - if you do not give him the respect he deserves, he may well cause mischief!
Ideal stocking filler or small gift.
The gnomes sit at approximately 7 inches (18cm) high, including the hat.
In the kit you will receive:
a colour printed booklet with step-by-step instructions to make the gnomes - instructions are in UK terms.
5g DK yarn - beige
40g DK yarn - grey
15g DK yarn - red
15g DK yarn - green
5g DK yarn - white
Two description cards
You will also need a 3.5 mm hook, darning needle and toy stuffing (not included).
To make the gnomes you will need a knowledge of basic crochet skills including knowing how to crochet using a magic circle (ring). Stitches used are double crochet, half triple crochet, triple crochet.
