Full description
Beautiful handmade quilted wallhanging/art piece with felt panel.
This striking wallhanging includes a panel of handmade felt, hand felted by me in pink and green colours and incorporating wool yarns and sparkly fibres. It has then been creatively sewn into a unique wallhanging by Devi of Dorset Patchworks, including a striking quilted border in a complementary deep pink cotton fabric. She has also added three wide hanging straps for easy hanging, you'll just need a dowel/rod (eg bamboo) from which to hang them.
Approximate dimensions are:
Height 38cm/15" (45cm/18" including hanging loops)
Width 49cm/19.25"
Depth 1cm/0.4"
Please be aware that there is a slight construction stain on the reverse (see final photo), but this will not be visible when the piece is hanging on the wall. The piece will also be folded carefully for posting, but if any creases are visible you will be able to iron the piece on the reverse (or using an ironing cloth on the front).
Please note that this is a completely handmade item so it is not machine perfect, but has been made with lots of care, attention and quality materials to create a unique design that you will hopefully enjoy using for a long time.
