Yoga, pilates and meditation are important for my wellness and wellbeing.
The Lotus Flower is a sacred flower in Buddhism and Hinduism. It retreats below the water line at night and reemerges the next morning sparklingly clean. This is why associations with this flower include rebirth and spiritual enlightenment.
This stained glass piece hangs in pride of place in my workshop, and is a reminder of the real beauty of this flower.
