You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase you may return the goods to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided that the goods are in saleable condition and all packaging is intact. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage, and for the cost of sending out a replacement item if one is required. We recommend that you return goods using recorded delivery or similar “signed for” service, as we cannot accept responsibility if your returns go missing. Our quality control standards are very high, but if your goods are faulty, we will happily refund the cost of return postage.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
