I've been making patchwork quilts since I was 17, and never tire of the stories each patch weaves with the next. Looking for connections between the colours and the patterns to create unique quilts that are artworks in themselves is always a joy. Reusing material that would otherwise end up in landfill is my passion, and I hope this one will keep you warm and cosy for a very long time.

Full description
This rainbow patchwork quilt has been handmade using recycled/waste cotton scraps. Hand cut pieces have been machine stitched then hand quilted through a bamboo blend wadding before finishing with yellow hand stitched bias binding edging.
This would make a beautiful wedding or new home gift, or be equally welcomed as a blessingway gift.
All my quilts are made using reclaimed/recycled/waste fabric and I am passionate about a conscious return to using natural materials over man-made. "PlasticFreeSleep" is my motto and I practise zero waste across my home and business to make each quilt as eco friendly and sustainable as possible.
This single quilt measures aprox 138cm x 138cm
This is also perfect as a sofa quilt to cosy under while watching films, or for a child's bed for a magical, dreamy night's sleep.
Your quilt will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery if you are in the UK.
