All of my felted items have been made using discarded off cuts of wool from knitting projects of people that I know (knitting is beyond me). It's a shame to let it go to waste so I take it apart. Returning it to loose wool fiber so that I can felt it.

Full description
The wool to make this mushroom was washed and carded by hand before being painstakingly needle felted together to create this delightful mushroom. It sits atop a small piece of wood (also felted) with little tendrils of moss climbing their way up the mushrooms stalk. It adds a wonderful touch of the english woodland without the dirt that would usually come with it.
