Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

- All prints are hand signed and dated on the back
- All orders are despatched within 3 working days (most are posted the next day)

Print quality and colour:
I print to Giclée standards to ensure your print is of the highest quality:
- I use a professional Epson printer
- I print with high quality, long-lasting pigment inks
- I use a heavyweight cotton, fine art paper
Note: the colours on the print you receive may vary slightly to those you see on screen due to individual monitor / screen settings.
Available print sizes:
A6 print 148mm x 105mm.
A5 print 210mm x 148mm.
A4 print 297mm x 210mm.
A3 print 420mm x 297mm.
NB. Frames and mounts are not included.
Packaging
- All of the packaging I use is recyclable
- Prints are packed flat using a sheet of board for protection
- I use a cellophane sleeve to further protect your print
- All prints are posted in strong, rigid envelopes to ensure they are well protected in transit
