Full description
A wooden kitchen utensil that has been carved and finshed by hand from a piece of an old pallet. It is excellent for cooking and serving food.The wood appears to be elm and I've chemically treated it to make it completely food safe. It should however not be placed in a dishwasher. I made the handle (which is surprisingly comfortable) wavy to keep as much length as possible as it had to be carved around screw holes. It would have been a shame to let this piece of wood go to waste. It has such beautiful colouring and a the tight grain of high quality, sturdy wood.
