Full description

Short lidded jar glazed in cross dipped pattern.

The jar is 4.7 inches (12 cm) in diameter and 3.3 inches (8.5 cm) in height without the lid.

I created this canister jar by hand throwing it from durable white stoneware clay on my potters wheel. Its the ideal size for storing sugar or teabags next to your kettle for when teatime comes around.

This jar has been cross dipped in green and brown for a contrast of textures. The jar has a wide squat shape opening out towards the flat fitted lid. Its flat bottom will sit firmly on your countertop and I've hand stamped it with the Little Wren Pottery seal showing its origin as a piece of handmade pottery.

The listing you are purchasing is in stock and ready to dispatch. This piece will be posted Royal Mail second class parcel post in the UK which can take 1 - 2 days.
