With a family who's names can never be found on standard, personalised items, it's lovely to be able to send a card that is tailor made, especially for them.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
Custom order: This is for the supply of a hand made, personalised birthday card made to your specification. They are not eligible for return unless the item is faulty. For that reason, please do ensure names are spelt correctly as I am not able to correct mistakes when your item has been made. Please note: - Only names can be included, for other queries please contact me directly. - Please do not include emoji's - Offensive names or messages will not be included, that decision will be made at my discretion, if I feel there is an issue with your order, I will contact you directly to explain, and your order will be refunded in full.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Hand painted, and extremely individual, I am delighted to offer the option of a truly personalised birthday card, in a selection of colours with the name of your choice. The design has 11 birthday candles and the words 'Happy Birthday'.
Each card is made to order using 300 gsm cream coloured card, and supplied with a matching envelope, the design is drawn in gel pen, before being painted in your choice of colours in bright acrylic with the name added; the flames on the candles are painted in gold tone acrylic paint. The card is blank inside to allow you to add your own message.
Colour options are:
Blue/white candles with purple writing
Pink/white candles with teal writing
Rainbow candles with black writing
Each card measures 13.5cm x 13.5cm and will be posted to you in a board backed envelope, using second class Royal Mail postage, as each card is made to order, please do allow plenty of time before you need it!
