You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Returns & Exchanges 30 Days Buyers are responsible for return postagcosts and any loss in value, If an item/s are not retuned in original condtion a return or exchange will not be given Custom orders are the supply of goods and services made to the customers own specification. These are not eligible for return unless the item is faulty.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

These envelopes and cards are perfect for saying thank you and using as favours for parties, weddings and much more.
They measure 3.6cm x 2.6cm they all come with a little mini cards to write your message.
The set is a set of 10 and designs are all unique, if you would like to order more I can make them in specific colours of your choice or in other colourful papers.

Orders are posted 2nd class royal mail at £1.05 with the option for 1st class and tracked 24 postage.
