I am working hard to become more environmentally conscious and the idea of these drier balls intrigued me so I decided to make some for myself. Have to say I love them - I hope you do too.

Full description
A set of three felted drier balls which have been made from woollen fibres with a few multicoloured silk strands added to the surface as decoration. These balls are firmly felted using 100% woollen fibres (not yarn) and will not unravel.
An environmentally friendly and long lasting alternative to fabric softener - no chemicals and no plastic container and allergy free. Drier balls also reduce drying time and hence electricity bills. When added to your tumble drier the wool wicks away the moisture from the clothes speeding up the drying process whilst the light thumping action fluffs up your laundry, softening it in the process. They also reduce static.
Each of these balls is approximately the size of a tennis ball and weighs approximately 20g. It is recommended to use 2-6 balls in your drier dependent on the size of the load. Three balls will be suitable for a medium load.
