Walking along the Erewash Canal, I spotted these buttercups. They reminded me of growing up in Northern Ireland and visiting my gran every weekend. She lived on a farm and I would go out into the meadows with my siblings playing and picking flowers. I recall using them to see"if you liked butter" if the yellow reflected on to your skin if you held it under your chin.
I take photographs around the UK for you to enjoy in your own home or office or give as a lovely gift to someone.
All prints are unframed and unmounted.
Watermark will not be included on the printed image.
