I love the strength and grace of yoga but found it a challenge to find paintings which depict how I experience the energy that flows through a yoga pose.
I decided to experiment with a lack of solidness to the lines of the yogi as a way of expressing this energy. Using light reflecting paints and glitters helped to create the ethereal feel.
