I wanted to do a series of bracelets inspired by flowers, and my favourite flower is the Poppy, so naturally this one came first. I love the abstract shapes flower heads make as they sway in the breeze, and also the wonderful geometry in nature. These shapes transfer easily into square stitch bead weaving.
