My dolls are made to order especially for you. Please pay attention to the processing time for each dolly and contact me with any questions, as there is sometimes flexibility.
All my dolls are lovingly handmade by me in the UK and are UKCA and CE marked.
Your doll will be beautifully gift wrapped and travel with Royal Mail to their new homes.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Meet my mermaid doll!
She is designed and handmade by me in Kent, England. Your waldorf mermaid doll will be made to order and you get to choose what she looks like!
She is 20cm talllong from the top of her head to the end of her legs. Your mermaid will be wearing a little cotton jersey top with a printed cotton tail. Her clothes come off to increase the play value! She is made from pure natural materials and filled with British wool (lambswool).
Your natural doll will come with a birth certificate, care instructions and in a gift box made from recycled materials.
As your doll will be made to order you get to choose the skin tone, hair colour and eye colour. Your choices are as follows - please get in touch if you would like any help:
Skin tones: fair, peach, beige, light brown, mid brown or dark brown
Eye colours: brown, blue, green, or black (for brown skintones I highly recommend black eyes as the brown doesn't show up very well and gets lost).
Hair colours: blonde, brown, ginger, auburn, black, and... pink
Freckles: yes or no (only recommended for fair and peach skin).

Please allow me 1-2 weeks to make your mermaid.
All my dolls are CE marked.
I would personally recommend that this doll is given to a child over 12 months due to the hair.
