Full description
This lightweight percher hat has been made from a bluish-silver colour of sinamay, known as 'silverlake'. Loops of trim make this a timeless and very wearable alternative to a fascinator on a headband. The inside of the hat is finished with a petersham band.
Shaped upon one of my beret shaped hat blocks, this, like all my hats, was made in my Kent millinery studio using couture techniques, with all blocking, shaping and sewing done by hand.
Hat elastic is used secure this piece in places, and it hides within the hair at the back of your head when worn. If you're uncertain about how to use hat elastic I'm happy to show you how to position and adjust it. Black is the standard colour, but this can be changed to mid brown, light brown, blonde, grey or white upon request. Just add a message with the colour you'd like when you place your colour.
This hat is ready to post and will be sent by Royal Mail.
It will come beautifully packaged, nestled in acid free tissue paper and in a hat box which is also perfect for storing your new headwear.

I try to photograph colours as accurately as possible, but display variations do occur. If you need an exact colour match for any of my pieces of headwear just message to ask if a swatch is available.
