Full description
A handwoven wrap scarf inlaid with in 17 shades of Staithes on the North Yorkshire coast. A unique draft to celebrate the joys of Staithes in festival season. Each square is cut to form tiny tassels squares. The colours are repeated across the weft to produce visual blending- no two blocks are the same across the repeat.Soft and supple, the square wrap is light and silky, and large enough to fold diagonally and wrap, bandana-style. The reverse is a beautifully-subtle chequered pattern, so the wrap can be worn two ways. The colours are taken from many photographs of this beautiful place to capture the spirit of this gem of a village.
