This is a beautiful and elegant lightweight padded headband fascinator in all black
Created with two small black burnt pheasant curls feathers, a shaped choux of stiff black tulle, a piece of black waffle weave veiling and finished with a small black rose with a cluster of black pearls in the centre.
Easy to wear on a wide padded black velvet covered headband
Better for a smaller head.
