I was looking for inspiration in my sketchbooks, and almost the first thing my eyes rested on was a drawing I'd done of Simon Bates. I instantly remembered his appearance on VHS films, warning viewers about what they may see in the following film. The phrase 'sexual swear words' made me laugh out loud - it sounds so odd!
I had to make a print of it.

Full description
A lino portrait of broadcaster, Simon Bates. The image itself is roughly A5 in size and the overall print is A4, and is in an edition of fifteen. Given the nature of the medium, there will be small differences between prints, making each one unique.
It is on ivory-white 80gm Japanese Simili paper and uses non-toxic Caligo printing ink so it's nice and environmentally friendly.
It comes in a biodegradable cellophane bag, stiffened with recycled board.
Each print is signed and numbered.
