Too often I have found that my children bottle up their emotions, not wishing to talk about how they are feeling or struggled with how to start a conversation about it. I began to think about how children could be taught from a young age how to engage with their emotions and a way in which they could indicate how they are feeling to an adult without having to speak first. And so the No Worry Friends were born, a way for children to learn about their emotions and the importance of engaging with them from a young age through a cute and cuddly friend.

Full description
The No Worry Friends are a sweet and cuddly group of friends made especially for young children. They are intended to offer young children emotional support and companionship, particularly during stressful or anxious situations and bedtime routines. The No Worry doll will help them with their feelings, by showing on the outside what their worries are on the inside.
Each doll comes with their own pillowcase and a selection of coloured hearts that is colour coordinated to an emotion. Using the mood identifier chart provided you and your child can link how they are feeling with one of the coloured hearts.
They are an ideal teaching aid as they help children learn about their emotions and the importance of being able to talk about how they are feeling. The coloured hearts provided can also help with colour recognition.
