Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Stunning leather laptop bag, made with 100% real leather which is soft and supple, with a rustic appearance. You can choose from hundreds of print fabrics for the lining. Please get in touch to discuss fabric options - I have too many to list here, but I have a huge variety from florals to novelty designs.
This is a custom made-to-order product and will be made to fit your device. The fit is NOT snug - there will be space inside for other items such as documents, cables, mouse, personal items etc.
The pictured item has a zippered pocket inside for small items, plus a slip pocket with magnetic closure. Extra pockets can be added as you wish, for an extra charge. The main compartment is zippered, and a complementary zipper pull allows for ease of opening. It has short fixed handles plus a removable strap which can be adjusted for shoulder or crossbody use.
I design all my templates from scratch so you can truly innovate and have your perfect bag designed to meet your exact needs.
Approximate size of this bag is 18 (W) x 12 (H) x 3 (D) inches. This price is for bags up to this size.
Note: an 18 inch laptop will not necessarily fit inside this bag as the zipper opening is smaller than 18 inches, so upon ordering I will confirm the exact measurements of your laptop (if you prefer to tell me the make and model of the laptop that's fine too.) For larger bags please contact me to confirm the price.
